About Me

Hi, I'm Jenny

I help organizations who are passionate about making a better world build a website that clearly communicates your impact, helps generate donations, and creates community.

Before taking the leap to start my own business helping others build websites, I was a marketing director for a nonprofit in charge of it all. I know what goes on behind the scenes. You’re responsible for marketing your programs, securing donations, planning events, organizing volunteers and so much more. There’s never enough time in the day to get it all done — let alone worry about your website.

This knowledge plus my love of web design makes me uniquely qualified to design a website that clearly showcases the impact you’re making in the world and attracts support for your organization.

Here’s how it works

My Process

Let’s start with a free consultation call to talk project goals. Then during our project kickoff call we’ll cover any additional questions I have about your organization so I can get a clear picture of your needs.

Once I’m clear on your organization’s needs, I’ll create a content checklist of all the information, copy, and images I’ll need from you before I build your new website. I want to give you plenty of time to compile this, and we’ll set up check-in calls to walk you through content gathering and answer any questions you might have.

Once I receive content from you, I’ll get to work and develop your website with all the elements you’ve told me you need. When I’m finished, I’ll walk you through the site. I’ll give you time to evaluate and request any changes. Once I made those changes, I’ll walk you through the final website for your approval. Then we go LIVE!

Once your website is up and running, I’ll encourage you to explore your site, share it with friends and family, ask your favorite volunteers to try it out and report any errors, typos, broken links, etc. that you all might find. Meanwhile, I’ll record some helpful training videos just for you, to help you feel comfortable updating content in the future. And you get access to me during your Quality Assurance period to correct any errors, make minor changes, ask technical questions, and create an ongoing marketing plan. I want to make sure you are happy and comfortable with your beautiful new website.
